We specialize in regional cuisine from Puebla and Oaxaca. Our tortillas are made with masa ground in house with heirloom corn, and our Cemitas are topped with real Oaxacan quesillo imported weekly. Cemitas 1 also offers a variety of starters and side dishes perfect for sharing.
The Cemita, originated in Puebla, is a type of sandwich named after the roll which is topped with sesame seeds. This eggy, slightly sweet dough is adorned with chipotle crema, shredded quesillo, avocado, and your choice of filling (beef/chicken milanesa, al pastor, rajas poblano).
